This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Simulate user on mobile app

    Computer access is not always available, especially for last minute changes to do the simulation sequence. Additionally some do not use the app and do not have time to go home from work to accept the assignment and get to the event on time.

  2. allow system administrators and assignors to be able to see availability overview and all officials calendars on mobile app

    The phone app is limited for assignors and system administrators. The ability to have an availability overview of all officials and to see each officials individual calendar would be very useful.

  3. Filter incident reports

    Can we add a sort filter for leagues
    for example incident report ehl game only

  4. Allows official to only accept or decline all games linked.

    Presently an official can accept two of the 3 games in a link and decline the 3rd. This causes the assignor multiple phone calls to correct this problem.

  5. Allow game counters from past years

    Allow the game counters to be viewed from past seasons. It would be useful to see how many games an official did from season to season. It would also be nice to see how many games an official declined, turned back, etc. each year and be able to retrieve that information from past years.

  6. Ability to Add Game Notes to Multiple Games

    I would like to be able to add the same note to multiple games at once--without having to go into each individual game.
