This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Flag or Highlight Games for review

    Add a "Flag" button to the Master Schedule that will allow an assignor to set flags or reminders to themselves for any game in the schedule regardless of its status.

    For busy schedules it would be very helpful to be able to have a visual cue to check back on a game for any number of reasons.

  2. Customize Official Ratings Questions by Position

    We should be able to customize questions based on the position the official is working. For example, Positioning does not apply to a Timekeepers job.

  4. Add ONE column to bill to personal that list their permission/bill to/organization

    When I export my bill to personnel in excel... I need to see what group/organization they correspond with. This is technically the 'bill to' they correspond with. I am making a master list and I can only find out by clicking their profile one by one. It should spit it out just like their town, number or email in the members directory.

  5. Expand Manual Game ID Length to 12 Characters

    Hello,

    The game import is an important feature to bring games in from associations. The Game ID field is limited to 8 characters however some of the games being imported have up to 12 characters due to the association settings.

    Would it be possible to change the field length from 8 to 12? This will greatly assist with game updates as they come in. They can be updated en masse rather than one by one.

  6. Allow Assigners to send a TBA when game has been turned back

    I have games that are turned back, but dont want to remove the official until I have found a replacement, but send a TBA. (our officials do not have the authority to send TBA only assigners)

  7. Show who added a member to your association

    In the member's profile, you can add a tab that show's which super user added the member to our association.

  8. System default for teams. Instead of blank put TBA and TBA2 in the teams block or a setting for us to determine the default setting.

  9. has a column in the 'bill tos' section of the members directory that shows which bill to the member is attached to

    next to the contact to feature which bill to the member is attached to. This should be a very quick and simple fix and would help me a lot. When I am asked to contact one of our bill to's... I currently just look at which town they live in and hope its the right person...

  10. Hide score in the master schedule if not submitted

    After an official submits a game report, the score shows up on the master schedule... unless the scosre is 0 to 0, then it APPEARS as though no one submitted a game report! How about if you make it so that 0 to 0 scores show up on the master schedule as 0 to 0 once a game report is filed. Thank

  11. flat rate mileage based on location

    Allow for mileage to be paid strictly based on the location of the game. Park A pays $10, Park B pays $12, etc. We don't care where the official is coming from, mileage is paid based on where the game is.

  12. Need report to show cancelled games reason

    When you cancel a game due to weather, field conditions, forfeit, etc there is no way to see what the cancellation is unless you go into each game separately. We have games that are paid differently based on reason cancellation.

  13. Track TBAs posted by schedulers

    Track the number of TBAs issued by scheduler.
    How many TBAs they are posting and how many days in advance those TBAs are being posted. This would be helpful in grading assignors/schedulers.

    This would track games being posted rather than being accepted

  14. View multiple contact groups at one time and email those multiple contact groups

    Allow assignors to select and message multiple contact groups at one time.

  15. View Games on a calendar

    I suggest that one of the views you should make is a calendar view, so it would be easier to see just how many games we have scheduled for a single day... much easier to view and ask AD's to make adjustments to their games.

  16. Allow only certain Game Types or Leagues to be TBA'd

    We currently have three assignors and need a way for only one assignor's game types to be TBA'd by officials. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I believe the TBA system is either all on or all off.

  17. Edit linked games

    When editing game information can you have the option to update all linked games. So, you don't have to update each game individually.

  19. Filter Custom SMS Recipients by Availability

    It would be nice to be able to filter umpires that are available/unavailable that are part of a group and then be able to send an SMS message to them. That way, I'm not sending a message to umpires that are already scheduled when trying to fill an open spot.
