This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Time restriction for game cancellations by coaches, AD's or League Personnel.

    When activating the game cancellation feature for coaches, AD's and League Personnel. Request a time feature schedulers and administrators can set in which they may submit a cancellation directly via the system. This will avoid those last minute cancellations in which officials may be en-route or have already arrived for their assignment. Such a restriction will force the team to contact the officials and scheduler directly to cancel say a game one hour before scheduled start rather than simply submitting a cancellation where the assigned officials or scheduler would receive the notice in time.
