A way to trade/swap games because TBAing is frowned upon.
A place where officials can put games up for trade instead of just "ditching" them on the the scheduler because things pop up and we are pretty much not allowed to TBA games or else we get blacklisted.
This feature already exists. I’m not sure we understand or can accommodate this request. The TBA system does exactly what you’re describing. It is a method for trading and/or swapping games. If trading or swapping games is frowned upon, there’s nothing we could do on our end to change that.

TBAing is not trading or swapping games TBAing games is equivalent to just ditching them and in my and many other reffing organizations they will stop giving you games if you use this feature. Im talking about a feature that tells you who else has games the same day as you do but they do not overlap in times so say I got morning games and John got Evening games and the times dont overlap I could Literally trade my games for johns games so I could do evening games and he could do the morning games because he wants the evening off. The TBA feature lets anyone put in for the games so say i wanted to trade my games with johns games through TBA 40 other refs could put in for the games and john Would be out games for the weekend. The TBA is NOT trading and is pretty much cutting your own throat if you use it. I often trade games with my brothers 4 of whom ref every weekend and for us to exchange games we have to get the scheduler involved and honestly he does not like the extra work so if you could just make something where I could make trade offers, Decline trade offers, post trades on a wall in the organization. I get what you saying about TBAing but it is not at all the same thing as trading games for games which i think would be less frowned upon by the schedulers/respected officials in my organization.
