Allow declines to be forgiven if a person messes up within a certain amount of time
Allow declines to be forgiven, erased and not seen by the assignors if a person messes up within a certain amount of time and needs to decline. So that the mistake is not held against the referee who paid money to be able to ref and was required to become a level 2 after year 2 of refereeing but now cannot get any games because Horizon keeps record of everything and now a ref can't get any jobs after paying $155.00 to become a level 2. Also erase history so it doesn't show year after year as schedules change and availability changes.
There is no "penalty" for declines in our software, so there is nothing within the software to "forgive" within the software. If your officiating organization has policies beyond this, you'll need to work with them directly for guidance on their policies.

This is a sad fact! Allow declines to be forgiven, erased and not seen by the assignors if a person messes up within a certain amount of time and needs to decline.
