blocked rink list to remove those rinks from the TBA list
If I recall, previously when we used Horizon for scheduling, the "Block Rink" feature would also remove the blocked rinks from the TBA list so we do not need to weed through games at rinks that we have set to be blocked from.

At this time, we've decided not to incorporate this idea and allow TBA senders to continue to control & determine recipients of their requests. If you'd like to be excluded or remove from their distribution list, please contact the sender.
