location block feature should not be managed by league admins, this feature should be available to everyone regardless of Admin choice
Allow individuals users to add location blocks (mostly since you don't have a good system to save location filters to profile)... currently this feature must be turned on by admis for a group... but if I dont want to work at a location... why not allow users to block it regardless of admin desire?

Thank you for submitting idea. Unfortunately, we've decided not to incorporate this request. We leave management responsibilities up to individual officiating organizations to allow them to manage their business practices at their discretion. We recommend you contact your officiating organization if you'd like them to enable the Location Block List feature for their organization.
This feature is ON by default, so if it is off, your organization must have explicitly decided to turn it off.
