allows teams to check if refs are assigned to their games
As our associations use different software to schedule games and sometimes information from association to ref assignors gets missed, we require coaches to check 3 to 4 days before game date/time to make sure game is in the system(minimal info required). Our ref association had this in their previous software and it would be very helpful.
Essentially, all that is required is a listing of games in your system sorted by date.
You could have a page designed with an input field of association, level of play and date, and the output would be a simple list of date/time, game number(which we provide to refs), location.
This would allow all our teams to ensure that refs have been assigned to their games.
This functionality already exists via the Coach user account type on our system which is designed to allow coaches (or team personnel) to check whether their games are assigned.
