Allows schedulers to see and assign TBA requests from Master Game Schedule
We use the TBA system exclusively. Once umpires are assigned to a game, the Master Game Schedule shows the names of the assigned officials and allows us to cancel an assignment if we want by clicking the X box. The TBA system would be easier to use if the MGS displayed the names of all officials who have requested TBA assignments for the games on the schedule. Right now we just see the number of officials who have responded, but if those officials get assigned to other games, the number doesn't go down and so schedulers need to go into each game assignment to determine there are no TBA officials left. Showing the names directly on the MGS would save the step and would seem to be possible (?) since we can cancel assignments from the MGS already.
