Availability Overview Graph - add "assignment received" or "NO assignment received"
The availability matrix is great. It could be even more useful if you added some function to let the assignor know if that official received games that week or not.
This is very useful in not letting an official "get stale", or go 2-3 weeks without receiving an assignment.
Maybe on top of the original matrix you have a checkbox that says "received games" and it shades all of the refs who got at least one game to a new color. Maybe if they got more than 4 games it shades to a brighter/darker shade of that color. If they got zero games it highlights that officials block.
This is currently done manually and is very time consuming so it is just done once a month. For associations with many officials this would be a great tool to ensure that no one is slipping through the cracks.

This has been completed. The availability overview graph now has features to display whether or not an official has received an assignment for a particular day. It also now places an indicator next to an officials name if they have received 0 assignments for the entire month. Hope that helps. Thanks for the idea!
