Remove Assigned Users from TBA Response Counter
When working under the master schedule. On the far right is the pending number of TBA responses for that particular game. It would be nice if the number displayed only represented the number of TBAs left, not total TBA. ie, if one person sends a TBA response in, and you assign that person to the event, their TBA response should now longer be counted. I think it should only be representative of the TBAs left. Would make it easier to see what events still have open TBA responses or not.

This has been completed. The TBA Counter on the Master Schedule will now decrease after you successfully schedule someone who submitted a TBA. Thank you for the idea.

I think your missing what I was saying. I understand that the actual TBA does drop off the list, and the instructor is removed from the pending TBAs. However it still shows the icon in the master schedule list with a 1, 2, 3 etc. It does not revert the icon with the number back to only the # of pending TBAs. Where this becomes a problem is 1 person could send a TBA in, I could assign that person to the class, but the icon still shows a 1. When you have multiple classes it is very difficult to sort through all the classes and assign TBAs, you could conceivibly have a listing in the master schedule that shows you have a TBA request, and when you click on that to assign people, there are no TBA people to assign because you have already have done it.
If someone would like to call, I'd be happy to send my number so I can better explain what happens. I seems as it is more of a glitch in the system.
