Blocking coaches from sending mass emails
users are using the email function to send unauthorized emails promoting non approved events or soliciting others to participate in unapproved programs.. Programs that are not approved by system administrator.

This feature already exists. You can prevent mass emails by limiting the number of recipients allowed in an email message. This is a setting in your System Settings. Thank you.
