Each Umpire request I recieve has to be opened individually and contains one game.

A TBA email when sent to officials will include a list of a number of games. A TBA email could contain one or hundreds of games in the email, depending on how many the user submitted for TBAs. Hope that answers your question. Thank you for the idea, though.
