allows viewing game data of any game even if games have not been accepted/declined.
I would like this option to be able to see who are the other assigned officials whether or not they have accepted or declined the game.

This feature already exists and is controlled by your scheduler. You’ll need to talk to your scheduler if the feature is not enabled.
