Time Restrictions re: Accepting Assignments
When assignments are published, the administrator should be able to determine when the assignment must be accepted by. If the official does not accept it by the date allocated, it will be automatically turned back to the assignor for re-assignment.

This feature already exists. It is available in your System Settings.

The time restriction should also be viewed by the official accepting the game, so they are aware that they must accept the game within the time parameters.
