Allow customization of home page message to coaches/AD's
The generic welcome message on the home page for coaches and AD's is misleading (at least the way we are using the system), and for the most part unnecessary. Would like the ability to customize this message, same as I currently have for referee home page.

We’ve decided not to incorporate message customizing at this time, however, we have altered the message that coaches see to be more dynamic. The message they see now describes exactly the permissions that are available to them, based on what you’ve enabled in your settings. This now allows them to see exactly what they can or cannot do on the system. Thank you for submitting an idea.
