If group A assigns me a game, the information is visible to group B. I should have the option of keeping the information private.

Your game schedules are not directly visible to outside organizations. Outside organizations are notified of a potential game conflict if they try to schedule you during a time that has a potential conflict with one of your existing assignments, but they cannot freely browse your schedule.
