A way to use "team blocking" for officials without allowing THEM to use the blocking feature.
This is very important when needing to block officials from calling "siblings" or relatives games, but don't want them to be able to also be picky and block teams where they don't like coaches, players, etc.

This feature has now been completed. You may now limit who can edit and/or use the blocking features. A system update will be published shortly with further details.

Again this only needs to be able to be blocked by the Administrator/Assignor and not even seen by officials or an option on their Administrative Forms section.
