This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

mass availability update feature in Android APp
YOu can only do a day at a time in the android app. It would be nice to have the mass update featue available.

Google Calendar Two-Way Sync
While I do believe that allowing for availability to be set via an officials google calendar, I am thinking first we need a way for Horizon to reach back into a Google calendar and remove a game that has been removed from the schedule. It works great to write it there in the first place, but if it is removed, it leaves it on the calendar.

Allows you to edit travel
Please allow a feature that allows you to edit a travel reservation (hotel or flight) once it has been entered.
Also would be nice to have an option to add connecting flight information.

Allows assignor to see who submitted coaches ratings
For Coaches ratings it's imperative the assignors can see what coach submitted the rating. Today it is anonymous and we cant tie a rating to a specific coach or Team.
1 voteAn update has been issued that will now address this feature. Coaches are now given the option on whether they want to make their rating anonymous or not. In order to facilitate honest ratings and comments we felt it to be important to still allow anonymous ratings. However, for those coaches that don’t mind including their name with their rating, they may now do so. Each rating submitted can be marked as anonymous or identified (not-anonymous) which allows the submitter to choose whether or not to include their name. Hope that helps. Thank you.

Social Secuity #'s
Ensure that social security number are complete in system XXX-XX-XXXX - if it doesn't can an error message be generated. Today officials can have incomplete SS # in system.

Observer Name listed
Can the observer name in the Rating system be added versus identifying as "fellow official" - from a assignors standpoint would like to know who the observer is to follow up with them.

Change Colour of the NOTE image
It would be a fantastic benefit if you could change the NOTE image on the Master Game schedule form the current "Yellow" that is on every game to say "Green" when a note has been added a game. One does not know that they have add a NOTE on a game without having to make paper records. With say 20 games listed and you place a note on 1 of 20 you would have to read the game details on 19 games to get to the one with the note. If you can add TBA images to the gallery it…
1 voteThe note icon will now display a counter over the icon indicating how many notes have been entered so far. The counter only displays if at least 1 note exists. If no notes exist, the counter will remain empty and just the icon will display, as before. Games will notes will now be able to be identified as having notes quickly by viewing the counter on the icon. Thank you for the idea.

Would display the shift end times
Hi, I have been asked to submit my departments schedule each Monday. I would like have the end of shift times to be displayed on both the printable and non printable schedules. Is this possible?

Change permissions for Athletic Directors
We have an athletic director that always manages to add games with the wrong game code. It would be nice if we could limit the game codes that are view by the AD to only the ones they would use, just like we can with the schedulers.
Also, currently AD's do not have the ability to change game information, so if a venue or time is changed they would have to cancel the game then re-add with the new information. It would be useful to allow them to change time and venues.
1 voteThis has been completed. You may now restrict Coaches and Athletic Directors to certain leagues and game codes when adding games. This can be done by editing their permissions settings from the Members Directory.
The second part of your question is already available before this response. Coaches and ADs already have the ability the request an edit to an existing game. The game must be one of their “home” games and it must be in the future. This functionality already exists.

Add the User name to the "New User Request Access" email
Adding the Users name that is asking access to join our association. When the email comes to my cell phone I see the message that a "New Users request access" but no name of the User until I get back to the computer.

allow sorting on columms such as last login date in "login records" screen

Canceled game filter option to show only games to be rescheduled
I want to select only the cancelled games that still need to be rescheduled.

Update App to allow users to access video
Update the app so users are able to access video files on the iPhone and iPad whiteout having to switch to desktop

assign games to an official
instead of choosing a game and assigning officials to that game, have the option of choosing the official first and assign multiple games to that official.

List Games in Chronological Order
When I go to the availability calendar and look at days where I already have games the game times are listed out of order and not in chronological order. For example one of my days looks like:
6:45pm-7:45pm
11:15am-12:30pm
12:45pm-2:00pm
8:00pm-9:00pmwhen it should look like:
11:15am-12:30pm
12:45pm-2:00pm
6:45pm-7:45pm

This has been completed. We’ve added some new options to the Availability Locking feature in your System Settings that now allow you to be more flexible when locking availability. You can now choose to lock availability (1) as soon as scheduled, (2) only while assignments are unaccepted, (3) only if assignments are unaccepted or declined, (4) never. A System Update with full details will be published shortly. Thank you for the idea.

Multiple Calendar sync
Have the ability to sync with one or more email accounts.
1 voteThis option is now available using the iCal synchronize URL link. The link, provided at the top of your Game Schedule page (using the non-mobile version of the system) will allow you to share the link with others so they can see your calendar of assignments. Thank you for submitting an idea.

Send one assignment notice email per day
Send one email for the assignments notice three days out. Make it like the notification that comes on the day of an assignment where they are all combined.
