Feature Suggestions
This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

When you create a filter on games- email those officials on those filter games
When you create a filter on games- email those officials on those filter games. When create a filter for a certtain weekend or torunament or game code, email only those officials that attached to those games within the filter.

allows an officials level to be displayed.
We need to be able to see what level an official is so we are able to tell if someone is qualified to work games. We should also be able to sort officials by level.

Game ID # on Payroll report
Is it possible to add Game ID # to an individual Payroll Report?

As scheduler, knowing what games people are requesting in the email when they put it for a TBA.
Right now, the email only identifies who put in for a game. It would be helpful if we could know what specific games are being put in for in the email, similiar to when games are announced.

Game Reports
On each game assigned have a form to submit to the administrator for a game report form. Have this report be able to be queried for statistics, per organization level, an individual official. Such as Technical Foul field, who was on, who called etc, ejections, a typical game report.

Assignors Payroll feature.
I would like to have an assignor's payroll option. So far in the season I can pay officials only but not assignors. Assignors are getting % from the official position. Also, I would like to see filters on that report, something like exclude game codes, types, etc. Please advise.

when a game is decline, that official is unavailable for any other assignments during that time slot
19 votesWe’re not in favor of automatically blocking availability, however, we have incorporated a new feature which will prompt officials immediately to close their availability for a day when they decline an assignment. To use the new feature, you’ll need to ensure the Availability Locking system (Feature #3) is set to either “Only if unaccepted” or “Never” in order to permit officials to immediately change their calendar when they decline an assignment. The actual decision to make the change will still be in the hands of the official. Thanks for submitting an idea.

Include game scores in the schedule print out
By adding the game scores in schedule printout, community programs will than be able to track win lose records and use it for standings or for the following season for seeding.

allow access to video feature to coaches
example, post rules interpretation video to site so that coaches and AD's can view it.
1 voteThis feature already exists. You can make videos available to coaches. Once the video has been added, edit the video and select the option to make available to coaches. Hope that helps.

Phone Numbers display with partner
When I get my assignment on the morning of... along with the person I'm working with, could the cell number of that person be included next to the name

Allows users to update availability once a game has been accepted on that day
Once you have games scheduled for a day, you can no longer update availability. Say you do not want any more games that day, you would block off the rest of that day, but this is not possible with the current system, thus showing as available when you no longer want to work any more that day.
3 votesThis feature already exists. It is controlled by your scheduler. Your scheduler has the option whether or not your availability is locked after scheduling or not. I would suggest contacting them regarding their preferences as we do already have the option you suggested, but the availability locking feature seems to be turned ON by your scheduler. If they desire, they can turn this feature off would would return to the functionality you are looking for. Hope that helps.

Add "upcoming" and "completed" games buttons
I think there should be both an upcoming and completed game button in the official game schedule. I found it very difficult to set the filter to only show upcoming games.

It would be useful to know when trying to find coverage for games

be able to have assign officials from a Droid II
Have been able to do this in the past but now cannot move the screen over to the area where I choose officials. You cannot drag screen to the drop down and go button.

Limit assignors by Venue/Location/Arena
In our system we have a feature that limits assignors by rink. In this case, if I have several assignors withing the same hockey league that assign curtain areas, they will be limited to the rinks located in those areas. This feature is similar to game codes limitation that is already implemented. please advise.

When adding new single game[lease add an option to email assignors to let them know that a new game has been added to the schedule.

Mass Text Message Capability
Would like the ability to send a mass text message like the email feature. Can we have the option when sending a message to include their text message address?

While viewing games list - would like to email only officials attached to those games
While viewing games list under a filter - would like to email only officials attached to those games that come up under that view.

When removing an official from game, the page refreshs to the top.
Please refresh back to the orginal spot on the page where you removed that official.
