We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Allows schedulers to see and assign TBA requests from Master Game Schedule
We use the TBA system exclusively. Once umpires are assigned to a game, the Master Game Schedule shows the names of the assigned officials and allows us to cancel an assignment if we want by clicking the X box. The TBA system would be easier to use if the MGS displayed the names of all officials who have requested TBA assignments for the games on the schedule. Right now we just see the number of officials who have responded, but if those officials get assigned to other games, the number doesn't go down and so schedulers need to go into…

Auto Linking feature needs tweaking
When using the auto link feature, it is making officials unnecessarily move fields. Here is scenario:
Field A has 3 games at 6:45, 7:45, and 8:45
Field B at the same complex has 4 games at 6:45, 7:45, 8:45, and 9:45.
When using the autolink feature, it takes Umpire A and gives them the 3 games on field A and the 9:45 on Field B instead of giving 3 games to umpire A and 4 games to Umpire B.
It doesn't matter that the complex is the same, the fields are different and the umpire assigned to field B should…

WE need to be able to canel more than 1 game at a time
Just like publishing games and announcing TBA's in the left margin with the plus sign and the X we need to be able to cancel games in mass.

Mass edit contact group of official AFTER game has been accepted
Mass edit button to change contact groups of officials for already accepted games.
1 voteEditing contact groups can be done at any time. Whether or not an official has accepted a game or not has no bearing on whether a Contact Group can be edited on the system. Thank you for submitting an idea.

add a filter to find games that have not been TBA'd
I would like to sort games that have not been released to TBA so that we can TBA them in mass

Add game status column to Export
This is for auditing purposes for assignors games. Under the actions column in the online report, there is a need by our treasurer to have the action column populating the "Export Game Schedule" Excel Report. This is the column where the "status" is recorded for values such as "Cancelled".
As we tend to "select all" for each district, all codes under the action column would be shown in the report online (as it is now for cancelled) but would also be in the Excel CSV file export.

Need a "not applicable" option on ratings page
When assessing umpires, not all of the categories apply to all officials. It would be nice to have not applicable on the 1-10 scale.

Create an individual assignment history link
Create a function that allows an assignor to click on the name of an available official (that he/she does not know) and quickly see a history of assignment levels worked by the individual, even if assigned by others. This would help to identify if an individual has prior experience in similar/comparable game levels and eliminate the need for an assignor to leave their scheduling screen and view a public schedule of the individual's history and streamline the scheduling process a bit.

gives a ratio or percentage of games worked with those an official is "available' for
i have some officials that are willing to work any game and others that only want the "good" ones (usually higher levels which means more money) (they are both/all level 3's). i find that selfish. i'd like to track how many games a ref says he is available for and be able to document their willingness to work in comparison to the ref who only signs up for the good ones and expects to get an equal number of said games.

Don't reset game clock when adding multiple single games (assignor)
As a scheduler, when I add multiple games, it's easiest to do it in the "add single game" screen, but they're usually one slot after the other. It is very inconvenient that the time resets to 800AM each time I add a game. If It could either stay the same or flip to the next game slot that would be great.
Additionally, the AWAY team is ALWAYS "VISITOR" in our association, so resetting that is also an inconvenience. These two slight adjustments would be a greatly appreciated change

Include Game Details in a Game Export Report
It would be helpful to include game details in a Game Export Report
- Game Created Date/Time by Whom (most important at the moment)
Other fields could include:
- Assignment Published Date/Time
- Game Accepted Date/Time
