This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Customize game report fields

    Allow league/assignors to customize fields to be filled out in a required game report. The base report is overly complex, where most reports can get by with a simple score, team names, and field conditions.

  2. Quiz system

    Although this is a big assiging program, what about a quiz feature? Have it mandatory for people, or some people or even allow people to brush up on knowledge.There could be an entire system around it.

  3. Customize Incident Report

    Most of the things on the incident report look good. For our league - and all of Oregon High School officiating, it is required for a RED CARD EJECTION that a phone call be made to the commissioner that day/evening. It would be nice to have a slot that asks "Phone Call To League Commissioner?"

  4. Customize Evaluation Form

    It would be nice to have more control of the evaluation forms:
    - Add/Remove Questions
    - Change response types (similar to Custom Fields)
    - Difference forms for Observers, Umpires, and Coaches
    - Weight questions differently in overall score.

    I would like to create a simple evaluation for coaches and umpires to use (1-2 questions plus comments). And a more in-depth form for observers to submit.

  5. Dynamically Generate/Maintain Contact Groups based on Custom Fields

    Allow Contact Groups to be generated and maintained based on custom field and manual rank data. I would like to create a contact group for all officials with Custom Field value of X. Without this if I want that contact group I have to manually maintain the custom field and the contact group.
