Allow admin to create custom form or document that users must agree to before access given (or re-given) to the system.
If a particular league has rules or guidelines that officials must agree to before being allowed to take games, have this form built into Horizon so administrators can easily track responses.1 vote
This functionality already exists via our “Association Policy” feature in your System Settings. This policy requires your officials to accept the documented policy prior to them gaining access to your system.
I do not have a land line nor do I know of anyone that does, I do not get along with my job as far as personal items, so I do not want to use them. As the administrator of our league, I do have a second man in control that I trust and would like to use his mobile number for the second verification process. How do I go about doing so?1 vote

I deal with many Clients and give them "Association Personnel" rights. I would appreciate the option to not share my Officials personal contact information with them.
Those Clients have no right to have access to their information and could be legal issues of a third party contact without their consent.
I request this is looked at with serious thought!3 votes
This functionality already exists. Association Personnel cannot access the list of Officials. Only users in the Officials group may access this list.
We have some guys on our roster that use our directory to search umpires for games outside of our association. I would like to be able to keep them from using the directory to do this unless they are assigned to a game and need to contact their partner.1 vote
