If the user doesn't their receive initial welcome email, is there a way to resend?
In any case, though, resetting a user's password will generate another email if they do not have their initial welcome email for any reason. The user can either do this themselves on the login page or at this direct link:

--or administrators can do it for first time users by going to Members Directory. Select the edit pencil to the left of the user's name and then press the Reset Password button. A new email will then be generated containing a new username & password for the user. Note, this only works if the official has not set up a permanent password yet.
