How do I change my username or password?

Login First

In order to change your username or password, you will need to first login to your account.  If you are unable to login to your account, you'll need to follow the procedure to reset your login credentials that is outlined in this support article.

Navigate

Once you are logged into your account, you may change your username and/or password by navigating to Administrative Forms >> Change Username and/or Password.



Making Changes

To make a change to either your username and/or password, you will need to uncheck the box(es) that says "I don't want to change my....." next to the corresponding item that you want to change.  This will allow the change fields to display where you can enter your new desired username and/or password.
