How can I add someone into my organization who already has an account from another organization?

The process for adding users is the same whether they have an account on our system or not. The important thing is to make sure you're using the same email address that is being used for their existing account. The system will automatically match and add your organization to their existing account. From your end, though, there is nothing different you need to do. Just simply add users like any other user you've added in the past.
