Registration Instructions

If you are completely new to HorizonWebRef.com follow these instructions:

  • Open http://my.horizonwebref.com in a web browser (Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome recommended) 
  • Click the New Users Registration link 
  • Complete the form and select the appropriate user type & user positions. 
  • Ask your administrator and/or scheduler if you are unclear of which selections to make 
  • Use the association # provided to you by your local organization's scheduler. 
  • Alternatively, you can also click the search option  to try to locate your association # on your own.
  • Wait for approval. Your local organization must approve your account. 
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with your new username and password. 
  • You may now login with your username and password provided.
If you have any existing account(s) with HorizonWebRef.com follow these instructions:
  • Login to your existing HorizonWebRef.com account at http://my.horizonwebref.com 
  • If you are prompted to choose which Association to login to, you must pick one of your current associations and sign in to that. 
  • Once FULLY logged in, click Administrative Forms 
  • On the Administrative Forms page, click Join Another Association 
  • Complete the form and select the appropriate user type & user positions. 
  • Ask your administrator and/or scheduler if you are unclear of which selections to make 
  • Use the association # provided to you by your local organization's scheduler. 
  • Alternatively, you can also click the search option  to try to locate your association # on your own.
  • Submit the form. 
  • Wait for approval. Your local organization must approve your account. 
  • Once approved, you will receive an email notification with login instructions. 
  • You may now login. You will have a new association to choose from when you login to your account.
