How to close the technical support Chat window
Live Chat technical support is available in the bottom right corner of our website and mobile apps for any users that want to ask technical questions and receive guidance on how to operate the Horizon software systems. Occasionally, users may accidentally click on this window and need to close it. This happens most frequently on mobile device where screen space is limited and accidental screen touches with your finger can easily occur. The chat window only opens if you explicitly click/touch the chat icon. If you've accidentally done so and need to close the chat window, you can use the close icon in the bottom corner of the window to close the window and end your chat.
