How to grant access to treasurers

Treasurers are a common position for officiating organizations that need access to financial reports in the software.  In order to obtain this level of access, a user will need to be either an ObserverAssignorAdministrator, or System Owner permission levels.  Most commonly, the Observer permission level is utilized for treasurers.

Establishing Observer Permissions

Users with Administrator permissions can add or edit users at any time from the Members Directory.  When adding or editing a user in your subscription, you can specify the level of permission available to that user.  In order to access financial reports, the user will need:

User Type:  Official  (this may say umpire, referee, or some other officiating term that you selected in your terminology settings)
User Position:  Observer / Supervisor
Can view financial & payroll reports:  Yes
