Micro-Deposits Failed Attempts

If using the Micro-Deposit Bank Verification process for the Horizon Payment Center, you will have only three (3) attempts to correctly input the two posted micro-deposit amounts. If you reach the max attempts allowed, you will no longer be allowed to verify the funding source using those same two posted micro-deposit amounts. In order to retry bank account verification via micro-deposits, the following steps will need to be taken by you:
  1. Remove of the bank account.
  2. Wait 48 hours & then re-add the bank account.
  3. Use the Instant Bank Verification method or initiate new micro-deposits to the bank account.
  4. Verify the bank account using the new posted micro-deposit amounts.
