Account Verification

For any transaction within the Payment Center, at least one party must be verified.  This is usually the officiating organization. By verifying their identity, we are complying with the USA PATRIOT Act.

In order to create and verify an account, the Payment Center will require the following information:

For an Sole Proprietor officiating organization:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Physical address (API, FBO, Rural Route Numbers are all acceptable)
  • Identification number (Social security number for U.S. persons and passport number for foreign nationals)
  • Email address

After receiving this information, it is passed to a major U.S. data aggregator/identity verification service. This service sends back multiple pieces of information which is then used to determine whether or not the information provided is accurate.
