Why is my account suspended?

If an account is suspended, you’ll need to contact our support team.

While this isn’t an exhaustive list, these return codes can automatically suspend accounts:

  • Inactivity (no payments sent or received) after 1 year
  • Negative Balance
  • Unverifiable Customer/User Information
  • Invalid Business Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Non-Responsive Customer/User
  • Fraudulent Activity
  • ACH Return Code Indicated Issue
  • Terms of Service Violation
  • Stop Payment on a Transaction
  • Unauthorized Transactions
