This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Association Policy Acceptance Report

    Add the ability to generate a report that shows who has accepted the association policy and when and where, when the association policy acceptance feature is enabled.

    This functionality is now available in our upgraded experience from the System Settings page, which is available via our Android and iOS apps. It will be coming soon to the desktop/laptop versions as well.


    To access the acceptance report, from our mobile apps, navigate to the System Settings (navigation option available in Administrative Forms), then choose Preferences, then View Acknowledgements for a detailed report of policy acceptance.


    Beginning today (August 7, 2026) we are now also tracking and fingerprinting the exact policy text that is/was accepted for further detailed evidence of which policy was accepted and when going forward.

  2. Ability to search for referees by first or last name

    Many times we now other referees only by their first name. Currently, if we need to contact someone who's last name we do not know, we have to manually look through every name.

  3. assignor summary report- be able to create a invoice with the assignor name and address

    be able to produce a invoice with the assignor's name, address and what he is owed so it can be sent to a organization. it would just look more professional like the referee payroll report

  4. Provide Officials with a Payroll Report CSV export option

    The "Exportable Version" option does very little good when trying to put a usable payroll report together that I can use for end-of-year tax reporting. P
    Being able to export my payroll games in a manipulable file format would be highly useful.
    Or add the Fee Column to the Schedule Export to CSV option, as that's the important information.

  5. Keeps a draft of email

    Is there a way to have a draft email, as in I start composing but close it and then come back to it later? That would be useful.

  6. Save my Schedule Filter preferences

    Each time I go to the master schedule I need to reset my selections for games to be viewed. date, league etc

    The upgraded Public Game Schedule page, now available in our Android & iOS mobile apps, has now added support for saving schedule filter preferences and custom quick filters. This functionality will expand to additional page locations and will come to the desktop/laptop versions of the software soon.

  7. Billing Invoice, add feature to include payment terms.

    Need a feature to dictate to the invoice recipient the number of days the invoice must paid before it is considered over due or delinquent.

  8. Include payroll adjustment details on payroll reports

    Having a description for any adjustments on the payroll report would make it much easier than searching in the Admin forms. Most officials wouldn't know this and end up asking the admin for help.

  9. Allows custom sorting of games for invoices

    Add a sort order function to the invoice screen. i.e. display invoicing sorted by date, rink, game code, etc...

  10. Invoicing saving

    When creating a invoice there is a spot the invoice automactically goes and is saved on the system showing open, once the league has paid the invoice, you can archive it and move on.

  11. Make forum viewable without clicking individual messages

    Reading forum threads is very cumbersome, as you must click each message individually. There should be an option to "read next message", "read previous message", or "view all messages in thread".

    Thank you for submitting and supporting a feature suggestion!  This feature has been implemented as of today via our mobile apps for Android, iPhone, and iPad.  It is not yet implemented on desktop/laptop versions of the system, but we'll keep this idea open until it is implemented on those platforms as well.
