My availability calendar is set, but my scheduler still sees me as unavailable?

There is a subtle, but very meaningful difference between availability and eligibility.  Your availability calendar is only one of over 30 different systems that are used to determine whether or not you are eligible for a particular game.  If you're having this question, the best place to start would be to have your scheduler review the Diagnostics table in the assigning window which will describe exactly why the system has deemed you ineligible for a game.  This will point the scheduler to the exact system that is causing your ineligibility.  In most cases, if you're asking this question, then it's not your availability calendar that is causing the ineligibility, but rather one of the other 29 systems is preventing you from being scheduled.  Most of those systems are controlled by your scheduler and they will need to be the one to correct the issue on their end.
