This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Allows you to bulk reschedule cancelled games

    When a game or more specifically a set of games are cancelled (i.e. due to weather, etc), they are cancelled in the system to notify the officials. Several days later when they are finally rescheduled, you have to manually do each individual game. The ability to bulk reschedule games would be huge.

  2. Specify crew chief in bold or all caps

    When working more than two umpires in baseball, we need to have a crew chief assigned. The crew chief is not always going to work the plate. So, we should be able to denote the crew chief without having to create four different positions with crew chief attached. This would make my assigning positions list less cumbersome.

  3. Travel Distance Restrictions

    I want to be able to restrict the distance I'm willing to travel from a given zip code for each day of the week. For example, I can't accept games until after 5pm M-F due to my day job which is easy enough to set up in my "Availability", but I would also like to restrict any games I'm assigned to within 5 miles of my job.

  4. Allow contact groups to be created for coaches and athletic directors

    Ability to create contact groups for coaches and AD;s for specific league correspondence and information.

  5. Receive TBA emails for games at your desired venues only.

    When games are put up for grabs due to an official that can't do them. You should only receive an email for the games from your approved sites and not all the sites.

  6. Save my Schedule Filter preferences

    Each time I go to the master schedule I need to reset my selections for games to be viewed. date, league etc

  7. Detect Team Conflicts

  8. Receive TBA emails only for qualified games

    Can you please make it so that it will only show games that we are rated for in "TBA Requests".

  9. show games where adjustments were applied

    I can't tell which games have adjusted pay. It only shows the total at the bottom. Is there a way to show the adjustments on the pay list? For example; pay, adjustment, net pay per game.

  10. Billing Invoice, add feature to include payment terms.

    Need a feature to dictate to the invoice recipient the number of days the invoice must paid before it is considered over due or delinquent.

  11. Officials listed in game by crew hierarchy

    There is a hierarchy to the officials assigned to my games. It would be very convenient if I could make the officials listed on the games to default to this hierarchy, which for me is, Referee, Umpire, Field Judge.

  12. Decline and Turn Back reporting to include the position originally assigned to

    While it is nice to have the basic information of match date, time, competition included in the counter listing, could you also please add the Position that they were assigned to when they declined/turned back an appointment.

  13. Allow us to verify a second mobile number.

    Some have no "home" phone number and others, like me, have a mobile number for work.

  14. Mass Edit: Pay rate change

    It is nice to have the "Mass Edit" tool, but can we add a way to change the pay rates of multiple games by one click? Would be nice to even be able to click one official and change his/her pay rates for all the games that we click to add.

  15. Turn off anonymous Coach Ratings

    Can a system option be added for assignors to allow for anonymous ratings or not allow for anonymous coaches ratings?

  16. Limit teams to certain leagues for ease of scheduling

    It would be nice to be able to list teams by leagues for ease of scheduling.

  17. Selecting multiple groups to set availibilty for (Not just 1 or all)

    Allow officials to select 2 or more associations and change their availability for those associations.

    This would give more options to the current one or all availability editing set up.

  18. Quiz system

    Although this is a big assiging program, what about a quiz feature? Have it mandatory for people, or some people or even allow people to brush up on knowledge.There could be an entire system around it.

  19. Allow Leagues/Teams/Schools to Pay Officials through the Payment Center

    A lot of schools in my area - CIF Southern Section - pay officials through RefPay and prefer that method.

  20. Google Calendar sync changes when game information changes

    Any game change made should be synced when the member has Google Calendar Sync enabled.
