Feature Suggestions
This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Please create calendars that we can subscribe to, particularly from iphone.
Please create calendars that can be subscribed to. You should be able to do this from a mobile phone, etc. This way new games would automatically show up on your calendar and we wouldn't keep needing to add new games.

See the end time in the mobile app
I suggest that you create a feature that enables you to see the beginning and end time in the mobile app. You can see this in the desktop version by hovering the mouse over the event time, but not in the web app. Our staff are hesitant to pick up events if they do not know the time commitment. Changing this would improve the software for our personnel, and I’m sure many of your other customers.

Access completed game reports from Game Details
I suggest you put this feature in game details so we can access and complete the report easier and when the supervisors need it for review it is attached to the game assignment.

This has been completed. Addresses may now be marked as “Private” in your personal profile which will hide the actual street address in exports and the personal profiles from all members, except assignors and administrators, who will still have access to this information. allow emailing multiple documents
Unless I am missing it, I am trying to send multiple documents in a single email.

previous month
make a previous month tab for quick access to see what games you refed last month so you can see what your game fees are.

Integration with Outlook.com Calendar
I would like HorizonWebRef to have the option to synchronise with Outlook.com calendar services.

Printable Payment Vouchers
Create a voucher that an athletic director can print off from the game schedule. It is very help if they can just print a voucher right off their game schedule. All the information is right there so all the official needs to do is sign it to get paid.
17 votesThis has been completed. A dedicated printable payment voucher option is now included on the Game Details page for any game that officials can print and bring with them to games for payment. The new payment voucher PDF also includes a copy of the IRS W-9 tax form to easily complete that form ahead of time, if necessary.

Email addresses and phone numbers have always had a “Private” option that users can select to hide their information. We’ve now added an option to mark your addresses as private as well. This is now available in your Personal Profile. Thank you for submitting an idea.

Google Calendar Integrations - Coloring
Allow the user to set a color for game assignments within the google calendar integration. That would be useful having game assignments standout from other events in the user's calendar.

Custom Payroll Report
Create a feature which allows a user to see an accurate payroll report which accounts for deducted fees. Our member are often looking for a game report which matches their payroll check each month but the current reporting only provides a listing of games and gross fees. By allowing an administrator to set a listing of fee % applicable to each league, ie. scheduler fee, association fees, treasury fees, etc., a user could then view a report which show exact games fee to compare with their payroll. I would also want this to include a feature for an Assignor to…

Assign by position: Have the ability to filter game codes
I would like the ability to search specific game codes when assigning by official.

Edit Date in Payroll Adjustments
I think it would be a great idea if you can edit the date in the Payroll Adjustments. Whether you want to back date it or put it for a future date, so the adjustment can show up in the proper pay period. Right now it is dated when you enter the adjustment and if it is not the period you want the pay the individual, you are out of luck.

Add "Last Month" selection criteria next to "Current Month" in Schedule Search & Filter
Since most of us are typically paid during the next calendar month, it would be helpful to have a "Last Month" selection next to the "Current Month" slection in the Schedule Search & Filter menu bar>

Display note count for members in member directory
Similar to the master schedule display, if a member has a note entered, on the member directory display indicate how many notes have been entered for a member. currently, if i put in a note for a member, there is no indication that a note is there.

View TBA requests for each official
It would be very helpful to be able to pull a list of requested game by official from the Master Game Schedule or TBA request page and be able to assign games from that page.
3 votesThis has been completed. A new option in the schedule filters will now allow you to filter a particular official and all the TBA requests they have submitted. The option is located within the filter that says by default, “Show All Acceptance States”. Thank you for the idea.

If someone declines a game take availability for that day away
If someone declines a game remove their availability for that day. Then you do not accidently send them the game again or another one.
7 votesWe’re not in favor of automatically blocking availability, however, we have incorporated a new feature which will prompt officials immediately to close their availability for a day when they decline an assignment. To use the new feature, you’ll need to ensure the Availability Locking system (Feature #3) is set to either “Only if unaccepted” or “Never” in order to permit officials to immediately change their calendar when they decline an assignment. The decision to close their calendar will still be in the hands of the official themselves. Thanks for submitting an idea.

Payment for mobile
I use the mobile version on my samsung galaxy and would love to see the payment column on the My Game Schedule as our association gets payed by each ball park which means multiple checks every month and the easiest way to track who has paid me is with the payment column.
