This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Separate game number field
Have a separate field that tracks each leagues game numbers even if it has letters. Have an option to make the values unique across all leagues and / or unique within a league.
2 votesThis feature already exists. You can enable the ability to assign your own alphanumeric game numbers by adjusting your System Settings and turning on the option under the Preferences tab. Thank you.

venue availability
to ba able select a venue that you choose not to work at. ie.conflict of interest.

Don't email assignor when scheduling myself
It would be helpful to have the system automatically determine that if I make a change to the schedule, for which I am both the allocator/assignor and the umpire, it doesn't send me an email / text.
If John Doe makes a change to a game for which John Doe is assigned, John Doe should not get an email, but if Alice Smith makes a change to a game for which John Doe is assigned, John Doe should get the email.

Class Details/Course reference #
Good day, when pulling up the class details from the Master Schedule or Personal schedule, we have a part so we can list the Class Reference Number "Class Reference #:" Would be helpful seeing we use this to inform the instructors for payroll. If there was a listing in that form. Currently we cannot see from that screen without "edit" the course.

Assign Custom Profile fields and titles to employees
Use for Event Medical staffing and would like to be able to label my staff by there position ability ie: EMT's, Paramedics, Dispatch, & Medical Managers. I also keep track of their certifications with the Custom Profile Fields, and would like to be able to add the fields to the employee individually as some don't apply to all. Thanks
1 voteThis feature already exists. You can assign and edit Custom Profile Fields from the Administrative Forms where you can manually set Custom Profile Field values for officials, if desired.

Have a list of games you have requested, and the position, and the status of your request.

shows us what games and positions are available ?
on the calendar you have filter options, and games disappear and re-appear..... kind of annoying when you try to plan ahead. So have a view that shows all games, and if they have requests are pending, or allocated.

Import schedule, export schedule, and mass changes
I'd like to import an excel schedule (entire season or any number of games at once), export existing schedules, and make mass changes to selectable and filterable entries.

If you do not have access to this information, then your local organization is implementing restrictions to prevent you from accessing this information. Notify Administrators of User Profile Changes
If a user changes a mailing address, phone number, or custom profile field. Have a feature able to be turned on to notify Administrators of the change. Currently when an official changes a mailing address, they need to notify my as well. I create contact groups based on user entered custom field entries, so when those change I would like to update my contact group.

lets you do time before time and after
when entering selection on availability you can either do available before certain time OR after certain time. but it would be better if there was way to select time before certain time AND after certain time
1 voteThis feature already exists. To enter a before and after availability time, you would need to use the “Not Between” rule which would block your availability during a certain time period and allow you to be available before and after that time period. Hope that helps. Thank you.

The use of the “Logout” option is an explicit act telling the system to get you out of the system and don’t let you back in until you login again. Remembering you after Logout is contradictory to the core premise of a “Logout” operation. As such, after selecting Logout, you will be requried to login again. Thank you for submitting an idea.

calendar setting
I would like to see a monthly calendar setting that can be printed off or viewed that would allow an official to see the games in that entire month.

Allow officials to specify location on Availability Calendar
As a result of my father passing away, I currently have 2 "home" addresses 600 miles apart and am splitting my time between them -- I also work for 3 associations: one near each house, and 1 that spans them.
It would be useful for both me and my assignors if there were a way to specify where I plan to be located on a given date so that they can assign me games in an appropriate location.
I assume that this would also be useful for officials who have vacation homes or travel on business.

calculates mandatory breaks out of pay roll
Could you put a pull down tab that would subtract a lunch if you choose like a 30min period or other so that when we pull the payroll summary they are accurate and you don't have to manually subtract the lunches this would be most helpful

Add Personal ID to email notification of officials to coaches
We don't currently include Personal ID numbers in email communication, but we can certainly look into adding it. In order for us to evaluate it, you would need to submit a new feature request using the black "new feature requests" tab on the left hand side of every page. Unfortunately, we do not accept or track new feature requests through this support method.

Officials Directory
Give Athletic Directors access to the officials directory. Many of my AD's are requesting this.
3 votesWe have explored this option in the past and have decided not to incorporate it. The current feeling is that ADs have access to contact information for any officials working their games so we don’t currently see a need for full directory access. Additionally, many of our officials have expressed their desire not to share information with ADs and Coaches unless they are working one of their games. We will continue to evaluate this, but at this time we will not be incorporating this. Sorry.

Returns the old style drop down for dates on the schedule page.
When inputting multiple events for the same schools it is more time consuming to move to the separate calendar screen after each one when only the day needs to be changed.

As an assignor, it would be very helpful to be able to notify officials whenever a rain out or canceled game(s) occurs via text.
Too often notice is received too late to catch umpires before they are in route. Parks are not efficient in having that information available on a timely basis. Text would aid in overcoming that shortfall.
1 voteThis feature already exists. Using the “Cancel Game” option for rained out games will immediately notify the officials via email and text message to ensure that are immediately notified.
